Romanov`s history; Church on Blood and Ganina Yama

One of the most tragic pages of Russian history is connected with Yekaterinburg. Here took place one of the most cruel penalty - execution of the last Russian Emperor Nicholas II and his family. Now on that place you can see "Church on Blood." Before the elevation of the church there was Ipatiev house (engineer Ipatiev) - the last residence of the royal family. In the basement of the house the Emperor and his family were executed.
